go.mod: update module ciigo and pakakeh.go
The latest ciigo support redirecting request for .adoc or .md to the
HTML file.
The latest pakakeh.go changes redirect for HandleFS to use canonical
directory end with "/" and with HTTP status 301 instead of 303.
