For Go symbols accessed from other package via linkname or
assembly, we have an export linkname from the definition side. We
currently don't always have the linkname directive for assembly
functions, for which external accesses are allowed. We may want
to tighten up the restriction. So add export linknames for the ones
that are needed.

Also, return EINVAL when returned string is empty.

Generally speaking Go functions make no guarantees
about what has happened to result parameters on error,
and Pipe is no exception: callers should avoid looking at
p if Pipe returns an error.
However, we had a bug in which ForkExec was using the
content of p after a failed Pipe, and others may too.
As a robustness fix, make Pipe avoid writing to p on failure.

Use the libc fcntl (via syscall.fcntl) on aix and solaris like it is
already done for darwin.
For the syscall-based fcntl implementation use FcntlSyscall from
internal/syscall/unix in order to get fcntl64 on 32-bit Linux
systems.
On aix, fcntl with F_DUPFD_CLOEXEC is not supported. Thus, defined
F_DUPFD_CLOEXEC = 0 in the syscall package and check its value before
calling fcntl(fd, syscall.F_DUPFD_CLOEXEC, 0).
On js/wasm, fcntl is not supported thus let its implementation return
ENOSYS directly.

its tests passed, a few things were added:
- Add termios.h to zerrors
- Add AF_LOCAL = AF_UNIX as this constant doesn't exits natively on AIX
- Fix the alignment in cmsghdr structure.
TestPassFD doesn't work on AIX TL<2 because getsockname isn't working as
expected with unix socket.
