On AIX, libInit passes a function descriptor instead of the function
pointer to pthread_create. This is a regression from CL 706417.

Factor out the code related to doing calls using the Windows stdcall
calling convention into a separate package. This will allow us to
reuse it in other low-level packages that can't depend on syscall.

Marking sigtramp as TOPFRAME allows gentraceback to stop tracebacks at
the end of a signal handler, since there is not much beyond sigtramp.

The function asmsyscall6 must follow AIX stack layout. It means

In preparation for general faketime support, this renames the existing
nanotime, walltime, and write functions to nanotime1, walltime1, and
write1 and wraps them with trivial Go functions. This will let us
inject different implementations on all platforms when faketime is
enabled.

Working toward making the tree vet-safe instead of having
so many exceptions in cmd/vet/all/whitelist.
This CL makes "go vet -unsafeptr=false runtime" happy for these GOOS/GOARCHes,
except for an unresolved complaint on mips/mipsle that is a bug in vet,
while keeping "GO_BUILDER_NAME=misc-vetall go tool dist test" happy too.

As .init_array section aren't available on AIX, the Go runtime
initialization is made with gcc constructor attribute.
However, as cgo tool is building a binary in order to get imported
C symbols, Go symbols imported for this initilization must be ignored.
-Wl,-berok is mandatory otherwize ld will fail to create this binary,
_rt0_aix_ppc64_lib and runtime_rt0_go aren't defined in runtime/cgo.
These two symbols must also be ignored when creating _cgo_import.go.

With cgo, some syscalls will be called with g == nil or m == nil.
SyscallX functions cannot handle them so they call an equivalent
function in sys_aix_ppc64.s which will directly call this syscall.
