And then revert the bootstrap cmd directories and certain testdata.
And adjust tests as needed.
Not reverting the changes in std that are bootstrapped,
because some of those changes would appear in API docs,
and we want to use any consistently.
Instead, rewrite 'any' to 'interface{}' in cmd/dist for those directories
when preparing the bootstrap copy.
A few files changed as a result of running gofmt -w
not because of interface{} -> any but because they
hadn't been updated for the new //go:build lines.
Fixes #49884.

Fix a deadlock in DumpRequestOut which can occur if the request is
cancelled between response being sent and it being processed.
Also:
* Ensure we don't get a reader leak when an error is reported by the
transport before the body is consumed.
* Add leaked goroutine retries to avoid false test failures.

The old ioutil references are still valid, but update our code
to reflect best practices and get used to the new locations.
Code compiled with the bootstrap toolchain
(cmd/asm, cmd/dist, cmd/compile, debug/elf)
must remain Go 1.4-compatible and is excluded.
Also excluded vendored code.
For #41190.

Current implementation of httputil.DumpRequestOut
incorrectly resets the Request.Body prematurely
before Content-Length/Transfer-Encoding detection
in newTransferWriter()
This fix avoids resetting the Request.Body when
Request.ContentLength is set to '0' by the caller
and Request.Body is set to a custom reader. To allow
newTransferWriter() to treat this situation as
'Transfer-Encoding: chunked'.

When an invalid URL was passed to DumpRequestOut, it would directly return
without gracefully shutting down the reader goroutine.
So we create a channel and signal the reader goroutine to exit
if an error occurs during roundtrip.

TestDumpRequest was failing with -count=2 or more
because for test cases that involved mustReadRequest,
the body was created as a *bufio.Reader. DumpRequest
and DumpRequestOut would then read the body until EOF
and would close it after use.
However, on re-runs of the test, the body would
be terminally exhausted and result in an unexpected
error "http: invalid Read on closed Body".
The update to the test cases adds an extra field "GetReq"
which allows us to construct requests per run of the tests
and hence make the test indefinitely re-runnable/idempotent.
"Req" or "GetReq" are mutually exclusive: either one of them
can be set or nil, but not both.

This reverts commit 08f19bbde1b01227fdc2fa2d326e4029bb74dd96.
Reason for revert:
The changed transformation takes effect on a larger set
of code snippets than expected.
For example, this:
func foo() {
// Comment
bar()
}
becomes:
func foo() {
// Comment
bar()
}
This is an unintended consequence.

To improve readability when exported fields are removed,
forbid the printer from emitting an empty line before the first comment
in a const, var, or type block.
Also, when printing the "Has filtered or unexported fields." message,
add an empty line before it to separate the message from the struct
or interfact contents.
Before the change:
<<<
type NamedArg struct {
// Name is the name of the parameter placeholder.
//
// If empty, the ordinal position in the argument list will be
// used.
//
// Name must omit any symbol prefix.
Name string
// Value is the value of the parameter.
// It may be assigned the same value types as the query
// arguments.
Value interface{}
// contains filtered or unexported fields
}
>>>
After the change:
<<<
type NamedArg struct {
// Name is the name of the parameter placeholder.
//
// If empty, the ordinal position in the argument list will be
// used.
//
// Name must omit any symbol prefix.
Name string
// Value is the value of the parameter.
// It may be assigned the same value types as the query
// arguments.
Value interface{}
// contains filtered or unexported fields
