Add support within clientserver_test.go to bring up a test HTTP/3 server
and client when http3Mode testMode option is passed.
To be able to reuse net/http/httptest, net/http/httptest.Server.StartTLS
(and Start) have been modified so they can be called with a nil
Listener. In such cases, both methods will behave identically as usual,
but will not actually make its server serve or set its transport dialer,
both of which requires having a listener. This should be a no-op for
regular users of the package, whose entrypoint via functions such as
NewServer will automatically set a local listener.
Actually enabling HTTP/3 for our tests will be done in a separate CL.

Following #77440, this CL adds a basic support for plugging in an HTTP/3
implementation to net/http. As the proposal is not accepted yet, this CL
does not add any exported symbols.
Access to plug HTTP/3 support is locked behind
net/http.protocolSetHTTP3, which can only be used via linkname by
golang.org/x/net/internal/http3_test.protocolSetHTTP3. This will allow
us to run our HTTP/3 implementation in x/net againts various tests in
net/http to support development, without expanding the API surface for
any users.
Support for closeIdleConnectionser will be added separately in the
future.

Add an UnencryptedHTTP2 protocol value.
Both Server and Transport implement "HTTP/2 with prior knowledge"
as described in RFC 9113, section 3.3. Neither supports the
deprecated HTTP/2 upgrade mechanism (RFC 7540, section 3.2 "h2c").
For Server, UnencryptedHTTP2 controls whether the server
will accept HTTP/2 connections on unencrypted ports.
When enabled, the server checks new connections for
the HTTP/2 preface and routes them appropriately.
For Transport, enabling UnencryptedHTTP2 and disabling HTTP1
causes http:// requests to be made over unencrypted HTTP/2
connections.

Notably, x/crypto/hkdf was previously vendored in at a much newer

Packages in vendor/ directories have a "vendor/" path prefix in GOPATH
mode, but intentionally do not in module mode. Since the import path
is embedded in the compiled output, changing that path invalidates
cache entries and causes cmd/go to try to rebuild (and reinstall) the
vendored libraries, which will fail if the directory containing those
libraries is read-only.
If I understood correctly, this is the approach Russ suggested as an
alternative to https://golang.org/cl/136138.

The aLongTimeAgo time value in net and net/http is used to cancel
in-flight read and writes. It was set to time.Unix(233431200, 0)
which seemed like far enough in the past.
But Raspberry Pis, lacking a real time clock, had to spoil the fun and
boot in 1970 at the Unix epoch time, breaking assumptions in net and
net/http.
So change aLongTimeAgo to time.Unix(1, 0), which seems like the
earliest safe value. I don't trust subsecond values on all operating
systems, and I don't trust the Unix zero time. The Raspberry Pis do
advance their clock at least. And the reported problem was that Hijack
on a ResponseWriter hung forever, waiting for the connection read
operation to finish. So now, even if kernel + userspace boots in under
a second (unlikely), the Hijack will just have to wait for up to a
second.

This CL changes how the http1 Server reads from the client.
The goal of this change is to make the Request.Context given to Server
Handlers become done when the TCP connection dies (has seen any read
or write error). I didn't finish that for Go 1.7 when Context was
added to http package.
We can't notice the peer disconnect unless we're blocked in a Read
call, though, and previously we were only doing read calls as needed,
when reading the body or the next request. One exception to that was
the old pre-context CloseNotifier mechanism.
The implementation of CloseNotifier has always been tricky. The past
few releases have contained the complexity and moved the
reading-from-TCP-conn logic into the "connReader" type. This CL
extends connReader to make sure that it's always blocked in a Read
call, at least once the request body has been fully consumed.
In the process, this deletes all the old CloseNotify code and unifies
it with the context cancelation code. The two notification mechanisms
are nearly identical, except the CloseNotify path always notifies on
the arrival of pipelined HTTP/1 requests. We might want to change that
in a subsequent commit. I left a TODO for that. For now there's no
change in behavior except that the context now cancels as it was
supposed to.
As a bonus that fell out for free, a Handler can now use CloseNotifier
and Hijack together in the same request now.

Fixes #15927 (cancel context when underlying connection closes)

Regression from Go 1.6 to Go 1.7rc1: we had broken the ability for
users to vendor "golang.org/x/net/http2" or "golang.org/x/net/route"
because we were vendoring them ourselves and cmd/go and cmd/compile do
not understand multiple vendor directories across multiple GOPATH
workspaces (e.g. user's $GOPATH and default $GOROOT).
As a short-term fix, since fixing cmd/go and cmd/compile is too
invasive at this point in the cycle, just rename "golang.org" to
"golang_org" for the standard library's vendored copy.

- Ensures that the empty port and preceeding ":"
in a URL.Host are stripped.
Normalize the empty port in a URL.Host's ":port" as
mandated by RFC 3986 Section 6.2.3 which states that:
`Likewise an explicit ":port", for which the port is empty or
the default for the scheme, is equivalent to one where the port
and its ":" delimiter are elided and thus should be
removed by scheme-based normalization.`
- Moves function `hasPort` from client.go (where it was defined but
not used directly), to http.go the common area.
