The golang.org/x/net/internal/httpcommon package is a new package containing internal functions common to the HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 implementations. Update to golang.org/x/net@v0.35.1-0.20250213222735-884432780bfd, which includes the httpcommon package. Since net/http can't depend on a x/net/internal package, add net/http/internal/httpcommon which bundles the x/net package.
