all: update vendored dependencies
The Go 1.24 development tree has opened. This is a time to update
all golang.org/x/... module versions that contribute packages to the
std and cmd modules in the standard library to latest master versions.
For #36905.

go install golang.org/x/tools/cmd/bundle@latest
updatestd -goroot=$(pwd) -branch=master
