cmd/go: convert some more tests to script tests
Convert more tests to script tests so they can run in parallel with the
rest of the script tests. This CL converts
TestPackageMainTestCompilerFlags, TestGoListTest,
TestListTemplateContextFunction, and TestIssue22588.
