runtime/internal/atomic: add write barrier-enabled pointer atomics
UnsafePointer.Store, UnsafePointer.CompareAndSwap were missing, although .StoreNoWB and .CompareAndSwapNoWB existed. Same for Pointer[T}. Do the linkname tricks necessary to add those methods.
