[dev.cc] cmd/asm: fix build: handle g in register lists on ARM
Handle the special name of R10 on the ARM - it's g - when it appears
in a register list [R0, g, R3]. Also simplify the pseudo-register parsing
a little.
Should fix the ARM build.
