cmd/internal/obj/loong64: add support for instructions F{MAX/NIN}.{S/D}
Go asm syntax:
F{MAX/MIN}{F/D} FK, FJ, FD
Equivalent platform assembler syntax:
f{max/min}.{s/d} fd, fj, fk
