cmd/compile, cmd/internal/obj: ignore AUSEFIELD
When using GOEXPERIMENT=fieldtrack, we can see AUSEFIELD instructions.
We generally want to ignore them.
No tests because as far as I can tell there are no tests for
GOEXPERIMENT=fieldtrack.
