cmd/internal/obj: un-embed FuncInfo field in LSym
Automated refactoring using github.com/mdempsky/unbed (to rewrite
s.Foo to s.FuncInfo.Foo) and then gorename (to rename the FuncInfo
field to just Func).
Passes toolstash-check -all.
