test: repair expected-error regexp in simd.go
The test is only run when GOEXPERIMENT=simd, and currently
there are no trybots for that. This error was found after
merging to dev.simd, where such trybots ARE run.
To run this test:
```
GOEXPERIMENT=simd go test -run=Test/simd.go -v cmd/internal/testdir -target=darwin/amd64
```
or -target=linux/amd64 if that is your OS.
