cmd/link: don't include arginfo symbols in symbol table
We recently add arginfo symbols for traceback argument metadata.
Like other metadata symbols (GC bitmaps, opendefer info, etc.),
skip arginfo symbols for symbol table as well.
Fixes #45971.
