internal/frontend: change displayVersion
displayVersion is refactored to accepted requestedVersion and
resolvedVersion as arguments, and the version for std@master is now
displayed as "master (<commit>)".
In a future CL, we will also support std@dev.fuzz, which will be
displayed as "dev.fuzz (<commit>)" to make it clear to the user which
branch they are viewing.
