This test script that dates back to 2005 certainly shows its age and
both its style and the way the tests are laid out do not match the
modern standard.
* Executables that prepare the data used to test the command should
be inside the test_expect_success block in modern tests.
* In modern tests, running a command that is being tested, making
sure it succeeds, and inspecting other side effects that are
expected, are all done in a single test_expect_success block.
* A test_expect_success block in modern tests are laid out as
test_expect_success 'title of the test' '
body of the test &&
...
body of the test
'
not as
test_expect_success \
'title of the test' \
'body of the test &&
...
body of the test'
which is in a prehistoric style.
* In modern tests, each &&-chained statement in the body of the
test_expect_success block are indented with a horizontal tab,
unlike prehistoric style that used 4-space indent.

Now that the default value for TEST_PASSES_SANITIZE_LEAK is `true` there
is no longer a need to have that variable declared in all of our tests.
Drop it.

As in 7ff24785cb7 (leak tests: mark some misc tests as passing with
SANITIZE=leak, 2021-10-12) continue marking various miscellaneous
tests as passing when git is compiled with SANITIZE=leak. They'll now
be listed as running under the "GIT_TEST_PASSING_SANITIZE_LEAK=true"
test mode (the "linux-leaks" CI target).

In an earlier patch some tests scripts were renamed and a naming
convention was documented. [1]
Merge t2000-checkout-cache-clash.sh and t2001-checkout-cache-clash.sh into
t2000-conflict-when-checking-files-out.sh.
