all: set LC_ALL=C to fix spurious warnings "cannot change locale"
If user use non default locale, for example en_GB.UTF-8, setting up
chroot will print the following warnings:
/usr/bin/bash: warning: setlocale: LC_ALL: cannot change locale (en_GB.UTF-8)
