This update affect the test on onGet, where request to directory that
does not end with slash will be redirected with status code 301 (Moved
Permanently) instead of 302 (Found).

To combine default stylesheet with custom CSS, set the value to "default"
and the file name of custom CSS, separated by comma.
This is the recommended way to use custom stylesheet since it can be set
only on specific pages.

To disable default stylesheet and only using custom CSS, set the value only
to the file name of custom CSS.
Another way to use custom stylesheet is by creating your own template and
pass it to `serve` or `convert` command.
This method makes the stylesheet applied to all pages.

The foreground color changes to conform with color-contrast

Instead of splitting the topbar into top-heading and menu,
breaking it down by class item.

Previously, with direct embed, every time we change the CSS or index
template, we need to restart the "ciigo serve" command.
Using memfs make us easy to update and see the changes directly, without
restarting the server.

By default, the document contains ":stylesheet:" attribute, which
means using the default embedded CSS.
To disable it, unset the attribute using ":stylesheet!:".
To overwrite it, set the attribute to path of CSS file
":stylesheet: my.css".

The "generator" meta will changes when the asciidoctor-go release new
version.
This causes unnecessary chores on test data that needs to be updated
on every new releases.

In development mode, where [ServeOptions.IsDevelopment] is set to true
or when running "ciigo serve", the ciigo HTTP server will check if the
new markup file is newer than HTML file when user press refresh or
reload on the browser.
If its newer, it will convert the markup file and return the new content
of HTML file.

Update on git.sr.ht/~shulhan/pakakeh.go fixes the "serve" command where
new files on the root of served directory not detected automatically.

This is to make the go embed output consistent when this repository
cloned for the first time, due the file modtime is newer on each
"git clone".

The flag "-package-name" can be used to changes the default package name
inside the Go embed file.
The flag "-var-name" can be used to changes the default memfs variable
name inside the Go embed file.

Instead of using another template, use the embedded template when
generating HTML.
In this way we can see how the generated HTML looks like.

I use two remote repositories: GitHub and SourceHut.
GitHub support rendering README using asciidoc while SourceHut not.
This cause the repository that use README.adoc rendered as text in
SourceHut which make the repository page less readable.
Also, the pkg.go.dev now render README but only support Markdown.
Since we cannot control the SourceHut and go.dev, the only option is
to support converting Markdown in ciigo so I can write README using
Markdown and the rest of documentation using Asciidoc.

This is the first public API provided for Converter, as promised in the
previous commit.

Previously, if the file path match with one of the excluded pattern,
we keep processing the sub directory to find the markup files.
This may cause an error "too many open files" if excluded directory
contains many sub directory and/or files.
This changes fix this issue by checking the path with excluded pattern
first before diving into sub directory.

The Watch function, watch any changes on asciidoc files on directory
"dir" recursively and changes on the HTML template file.
If there is new or modified asciidoc files it will convert them into HTML
files using HTML template automatically.
If the HTML template file modified, it will re-convert all asciidoc files.
If the HTML template file deleted, it will replace them with internal,
default HTML template.
