Add grunt, use environment for init script.
## Dockerfile
- Reorder commands to optimize docker cache.
- Add grunt to global package.
## init.sh
Use environment to execute command and setting working directory. This to
allow user to change container behaviour at startup.
## run.sh
Only link container if user set environment variable LINK.
