Subject: Removed bytes.Add and bytes.AddByte; we now have 'append'. Changed
 all uses of bytes.Add (aside from those testing bytes.Add) to append(a,
 b...). Also ran "gofmt -s" and made use of copy([]byte, string) in the fasta
 benchmark.
