Instead of passing the original length and the new length, pass
the new length and the length increment. Also use the new length
in all the post-growslice calculations so that the original length
is dead and does not need to be spilled/restored around the growslice.
old: growslice(typ, oldPtr, oldLen, oldCap, newLen) (newPtr, newLen, newCap)
new: growslice(oldPtr, newLen, oldCap, inc, typ) (newPtr, newLen, newCap)
where inc = # of elements added = newLen-oldLen
Also move the element type to the end of the call. This makes register
allocation more efficient, as oldPtr and newPtr can often be in the
same register (e.g. AX on amd64) and thus the phi takes no instructions.
Makes the go binary 0.3% smaller.

This CL removes (almost*) all reflectdata.{TypePtr,ITabAddr} calls
from package walk. This will allow us to next start adding RType/ITab
fields to IR nodes directly, and have the helpers start returning them
when available instead.
The one survining ITabAddr call is due to ODOTTYPE{,2}, but we already
have ODYNAMICDOTTYPE{,2}, which I plan to have Unified IR always
use. (Longer term, once the Go 1.18 frontend is gone, we can get rid
of ODOTTYPE*, and rename ODYNAMICDOTTYPE*.)
Passes toolstash -cmp.

So prevent heavy runtime call overhead, and the compiler will have a

A run of lines that are indented with any number of spaces or tabs
format as a <pre> block. This commit fixes various doc comments
that format badly according to that (standard) rule.
For example, consider:
// - List item.
// Second line.
// - Another item.
Because the - lines are unindented, this is actually two paragraphs
separated by a one-line <pre> block. This CL rewrites it to:
// - List item.
// Second line.
// - Another item.
Today, that will format as a single <pre> block.
In a future release, we hope to format it as a bulleted list.
Various other minor fixes as well, all in preparation for reformatting.

This CL removes the unconditional OCHECKNIL check added in
walkUnsafeSlice by instead passing it as a pointer to
runtime.unsafeslice, and hiding the check behind a `len == 0` check.
While here, this CL also implements checkptr functionality for
unsafe.Slice and disallows use of unsafe.Slice with //go:notinheap
types.

Currently ORECOVER is a single operation that both (1) calculates
the (logical) caller frame pointer and (2) calls runtime.gorecover.
This is normally fine, but it's inconvenient for regabi, which wants
to wrap "defer recover()" into "defer func() { recover() }" and
needs (1) and (2) to happen at different times.
The current solution is to apply walkRecover early to split it into
the two steps, but calling it during order is a minor layering
violation. It works well today because the order and walk phases are
closely related anyway and walkRecover is relatively simple, but it
won't work for go/defer wrapping earlier into the frontend.
This CL adds a new, lower-level ORECOVERFP primitive, which represents
just part (2); and OGETCALLER{PC,SP} primitives, which provide a way
to compute (1) in the frontend too.
OGETCALLERPC isn't needed/used today, but it seems worth including for
completeness. Maybe it will be useful at some point for intrinsifying
runtime.getcaller{pc,sp}, like we already do for runtime.getg.

CL 298669 implemented wrapping for defer/go calls so the function
being called with defer or go statement has no arguments. This
simplifies the compiler and the runtime, especially with the
new ABI.
If the called function does not have any argument, we don't need
to wrap. But the code missed the cases of method receiver, as
well as some apparent argumentless builtin calls which may later
be rewritten to having arguments (e.g. recover). This CL makes
sure to wrap those cases. Also add a check to ensure that go and
defer calls are indeed argumentless.
Handle "defer recover()" specially, as recover() is lowered to
runtime.gorecover(FP) where FP is the frame's FP. FP needs to be
evaluated before wrapping.

This CL separates out PtrInit and SetInit into a new InitNode
extension interface, and adds a new TakeInit helper function for
taking and clearing the Init list (if any) from a Node.
This allows removing miniNode.SetInit and miniNode.PtrInit, which in
turn allow getting rid of immutableEmptyNodes, and will allow
simplification of the Nodes API.
It would be nice to get rid of the default Init method too, but
there's way more code that expects to be able to call that at the
moment, so that'll have to wait.

walkexpr1 is the second largest non-machine-generated function in the compiler.
weighing in at 1,164 lines. Since we are destroying the git blame history
anyway, now is a good time to split each different case into its own function,
making future work on this function more manageable.
Do the same to walkstmt too for consistency, even though it is a paltry 259 lines.
