bootstrap.bash: remove exec wrappers
Without this change, building an Android toolchain fails:
$ CGO_ENABLED=1 GOARCH=arm64 GOOS=android ./bootstrap.bash
...
rmdir: failed to remove 'bin/go_android_arm64_exec': Not a directory
