From 242aa33de0f18bf09dd147401af9b44cf961d532 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: René Scharfe Date: Sun, 30 Oct 2022 12:49:37 +0100 Subject: sequencer: simplify building argument list in do_exec() MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Build child_argv during initialization, taking advantage of the C99 support for initialization expressions that are not compile time constants. This avoids the use of a magic index constant and is shorter and simpler. This is more verbose, but not by much overall. The code becomes more flexible, e.g. it's easy to extend to conditionally add a new argument. Then remove the now unused function and its own flag names, simplifying the run-command API.
